Processing & Shipping

We ship to the U.S. only. Please allow 24-72 hours for processing. The shipping cost & method for each order is determined according to item weight and may be First Class USPS, Priority Mail, or 3-4 Day UPS.

Total shipping cost is displayed prior to checkout.

Once shipped, most domestic US orders will arrive at their ultimate destination in an estimated 3-5 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee the speed of delivery once they are in the hands of the shipping provider.

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. In the event an item is broken or damaged upon arrival at the shipped to address, we will allow for a return/exchange to be processed for the same item that was originally ordered.

Simply reach out to us within 14 days, and we will assist you with a replacement.
